Please note we are unable to confirm your co pay or plan information until we receive the claim back from the insurance company, as we don’t bill until we’ve received both payment and claim processing results from them. You may wish to contact your insurance company directly for any preliminary details; however, please note that final confirmation will only be possible upon receiving the processed claim.
